Do you require a deposit to rent a unit?
Yes. A $50.00 refundable deposit is required to book your date/ rental of unit(s). Should the rental item be returned in its original condition and on time as per your rental Order & Waiver form, the $50.00 refundable deposit will be issued back to you within 24-48 hours via the original payment method. Kingdom Bounce accepts payment in CAD (Canadian Dollars) only.
Do I need to reserve a date / unit(s) in advance?
Yes. Please call or email us for times, dates and unit(s) available. You may also submit rental inquiries from our Products page directly and we will respond to you via email within 24 hours.
Am I able to reschedule or cancel?
We will require ONE WEEK (7 days) notice to be able to reschedule your reservation. If you are cancelling your reservation, you may do so 72 hours prior either by telephone or email.
What happens if it rains / calls for inclement weather?
In the event of rain or other inclement weather, Kingdom Bounce will reschedule you in for another date of your choosing / availability, whatever is conducive for both parties. Please call us to confirm those details.
What requirements do I need to consider before renting a unit?
All units available for rental by Kingdom Bounce must be set up on a flat, grass covered land. The unit(s) must be far enough from dirt, sand, water and other unsuitable landscapes for the protection of the unit(s) and children. You may also require an outlet and extension cord, but our units require the accompanying inflating pump to use. We may be able to provide you with an extension cord for an additional fee. Please also note that you may require a permit to host an inflatable unit. Please consult your local by-law for direction on obtaining permits if required. Kingdom Bounce does not offer permits.
What payment options does Kingdom Bounce accept?
At this time Kingdom Bounce accepts PayPal online for fast and convenient order processing. We are also happy to accept debit e-Transfer via email. Please call or email us for details.
What happens after I place an order with Kingdom Bounce?
After you pay online via PayPal or by debit e-Transfer, you will receive an email from Kingdom Bounce confirming your order with our mandatory and standard Order & Waiver Form attached. You must print, complete the form and bring it with you upon pick-up of the rental unit(s) on the determined date. No unit(s) will be released to you if the form is not completed.
What does the rental price include and what is NOT included?
Our rental prices are only for the initial rental of the unit(s). Taxes are not included in the rental cost, neither is the $50.00 refundable deposit. Applicable taxes will be applied to your overall rental price total. When you submit your rental inquiry and should confirmation of your rental request be deemed successful, you will receive a confirmation email that stipulates the total cost to be incurred. This total cost will include the rental rate + $50.00 refundable deposit + applicable taxes.
Why do you require specific times and dates for pick-up and drop-off?
Kingdom Bounce instills strict pick-up and drop-off dates and times as our inventory is limited for the rental unit(s) and we have other customers who have scheduled and paid for the use of the unit(s). If you find that you are going to be late picking-up or dropping-off the rented unit(s), please call Kingdom Bounce immediately. Our hours of operation can be found on our website and therefore pick-up and drop-off times must fall in-line with those applicable times.
Do the unit(s) require supervision while children are using?
All rental units require at least one adult (18 years of age or older) to supervise children using the rental unit(s) at all times. You will find this stipulated in our Order & Waiver Form which can be downloaded from our website.
How long do I have to rent the unit(s)?
Kingdom Bounce offers a standard daily rental to rent a unit(s). Should you require a longer period of time to rent the unit(s), please contact Kingdom Bounce to ensure availability for the date and time that you have in mind. We are happy to accommodate you if available. *Whether you use your unit for 2 hours or 12 hours, the rental price is a flat fee.
What happens if damage occurs to the rented unit(s) or its accessories?
If damage occurs to the rented unit(s) while in the care of the customer, the customer will be responsible for fixing or replacing the unit(s), depending on the severity of the damage / availability of replacement stock.
Prior to returning the rented unit(s), do I need to clean them?
Before deflating the rented unit(s), please ensure that personal belongings have been removed from the interior of the unit. Should dirt, grass stains, etc. happen against the unit, please try and wipe down or remove anything that could potentially damage the unit. You are not required to hose down or wash the unit in any way or make any cosmetic or manual changes to the unit (ex: sewing, trimming of fabrics, etc.). *Should a rental unit require water to use, please ensure that all water has been drained and dried as much as possible prior to deflating and packing to reduce damage.
Do you offer delivery and / or pickup of the rental units?
Depending on your location, a fee for Kingdom Bounce to deliver and / or pickup the rental units may be charged. We advise you to call or email us for specific details.
