It is Kingdom Bounce’s policy to respect and protect the privacy of this Website’s visitors and has therefore created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this Website: kingdombounce.com.

This Website may contain links to other sites. Kingdom Bounce and kingdombounce.com is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites. Our Website uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. Within these forms, we collect visitor’s contact information (like their e-mail address). Contact information from the order form is used to send promotional material from our property only. We do not share this information with other companies. Customer contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings by requesting to unsubscribe. Please allow 4-6 weeks for this to be processed. The customer’s contact information is also used to contact the guest visitor when necessary. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Website. Your IP address is used to gather broad demographic information only.

The parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exercise of subject matter jurisdiction and personal jurisdiction over each of the parties by the provincial courts within the Province of Ontario, Canada, and irrevocably waive any and all objections which any party may now or hereafter have to the exercise of personal and subject matter jurisdiction in said jurisdiction and province.

If any action at law or in equity is necessary to enforce the terms of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable fees of lawyers, accountants, and other professionals, and costs and expenses in addition to any other relief to which such prevailing party may be entitled.

This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive Agreement between the parties with respect to the Website and it supersedes any and all other communications, representations, statements and understandings, whether oral or written, between the parties concerning the Website.
